All digital products available on Spanish For Aliens, including downloadable activities, vocabulary sheets, answer sheets, vocabulary lists, posters, ebooks, and coloring books, are provided in digital format only. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Payment & Pricing

– Prices are listed in US dollars and may be subject to change without prior notice.
– Payment is required in full before access to digital products is granted.
– Payments are made through third-party platforms such as ThriveCart.

3. Delivery & Access

– Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to your purchased product through Payhip’s secure download system.
– You will also receive an email from Payhip with your download link. Please make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
– If you cannot access your download, please contact us at hola@spanishforaliens.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

4. Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. However, if you encounter any issues accessing or downloading your product, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you.
